Data Center & Technical Field Services

Extra Technical Capacity When the Project Cannot Slip

Supervised Bay Area teams for infrastructure relocations, maintenance windows, remote hands, equipment deployment, and decommissioning.

Field capabilities

A prepared team for the physical work behind critical systems.

Bring us in for a defined task, a complete runbook, or extra capacity under your project lead.

Scope, required credentials, site access, tools, transport responsibility, and documentation are confirmed before execution.

IN-SCOPE SERVICES10 capabilities
  • Data-center and server-room relocations
  • Rack-and-stack
  • Cabling, labeling, and port documentation
  • Equipment inventory
  • Smart hands and remote hands
  • Planned downtime support
  • Office technology moves
  • Server and network decommissioning

Ideal projects

Built for high-coordination moments.

Use our team when timing is fixed, internal capacity is limited, and the work needs a clear owner on site.

Infrastructure refreshes

Scoped execution with documented handoffs and status.

Data-center exits

Scoped execution with documented handoffs and status.

Large weekend maintenance windows

Planned coverage around a defined change window.

Short-term staffing gaps

Targeted support without a permanent headcount change.

Record authorized photos, inventory changes, exceptions, and resolution status.

06

Review completed work, open items, and the final documentation package.

Workforce standards

Every person knows the assignment, the runbook, and the escalation path.

Crews combine experienced engineers or project leads with trained junior technicians. Experienced leads supervise critical work, coordinate escalations, and remain accountable for delivery.

  • Skills screening
  • Safety and handling procedures
  • Clear escalation paths
  • Checklists and runbooks
  • Supervision

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Have a different question? Talk with our team.

Can you staff weekend maintenance windows?

Yes, subject to scope, site requirements, crew availability, and advance scheduling. We build the staffing plan around the approved runbook, escalation path, and maintenance-window timing.

Are junior technicians supervised?

Yes. Critical work is led and supervised by experienced engineers or project leads. Junior technicians receive defined assignments, documented procedures, and clear escalation paths; client projects are never treated as unsupervised training exercises.

Do you provide remote hands in the San Francisco Bay Area?

Yes. We support scheduled smart-hands and remote-hands work across the agreed Bay Area coverage zone. Site access, required skills, response expectations, and authorization limits are confirmed before dispatch.

What documentation is included?

Documentation is defined in the project scope and can include serialized inventory, port or cable records, checklist completion, authorized photos, issue logs, change notes, and client sign-off materials.

Can you coordinate a relocation from removal through deployment?

Yes. We can scope removal, inventory, labeling, packing, transport coordination, destination rack-and-stack, and post-project documentation. Transportation and specialist partner responsibilities are identified in writing.
