Assess
Review the equipment profile, locations, timing, and desired outcome.
- 02
Inventory
Create an agreed record of in-scope assets and identifiers.
- 03
Establish custody
Document authorized handoff points and responsible parties.

Data and custody
Asset records follow the equipment.
We identify data-bearing devices and align handling with the approved project scope before equipment changes hands.
No sanitization, destruction, recycling, or certification claim is implied unless it is expressly included and verified in the written agreement.
- Serialized inventory
- Ownership confirmation
- Custody records
- Data-bearing-device identification
- Client-approved disposition method
- Final asset reporting
Measured sustainability
Reuse when it makes practical sense.
Prioritize reuse when equipment remains safe, functional, and economically viable. Route unsuitable equipment to qualified recycling channels.
How is equipment ownership documented?
The client confirms its authority to transfer or direct disposition of the equipment. The project record can include serialized inventory, source location, authorized contacts, transfer documents, and written exceptions based on the agreed scope.
How are data-bearing devices handled?
We identify known data-bearing assets and follow the disposition method approved in the written project scope. Handling, sanitization, destruction, return, evidence, and any qualified partner responsibilities are defined before work begins.
Do you purchase equipment directly?
Direct purchase may be available after inspection and market review. Any offer depends on condition, ownership documentation, demand, quantities, logistics, data-handling requirements, and a written agreement.
What happens to hardware that cannot be resold?
When reuse is not safe, functional, or economically viable, equipment can be returned or routed to qualified recycling channels according to the client-approved scope. The agreed final status is included in project reporting.
How do you determine recoverable value?
Staff verify model and specifications, testable condition, quantities, market demand, comparable listings, expected fees, handling costs, and sales risk. An estimate is not a guarantee of final proceeds.
